Congregational Care

The Congregational Care Team (previously named Pastoral Care) was created in the Spring of 2024 to ensure that members of St. Paul’s United Church, Richmond received timely and appropriate pastoral care. This team continues to rely on members of the congregation to identify individuals who might benefit from a phone call or visit from the Congregational Care Team. Cards are sent to individuals in happy and sad times and our team members frequently make check-in phone calls as well as home visits to people who request it.

Outreach

Our Outreach group is an energetic cluster of folks who really care about our community. Their fingers are always on the pulse to determine who is most in need at any time. Spurred on by a number of sizeable bequests, they have sought out wise ways to invest their capital so that they can disperse the interest from those funds to groups and individuals who can most benefit from a financial boost.

UCW

The United Church Women or UCW is the name of the groups of women across the country who meet regularly for fellowship, devotion and service.
